Augustine LêLouvre is a Vietnamese-American designer, entrepreneur, photographer and world traveler. He was exposed to the world of fashion at a very young age. He began his fashion career as the Design Manager of Hansae Fashion Worldwide in Seoul, South Korea. A. L. Louvre was quickly promoted to Creative Director flourished in the fashion world.
Among A. L. Louvre’s many accomplishments, he co-purchased Dahong and re-launched a new version of Dahong in 2010, a fashion superstore which has grown to be the third most popular online fashion store in South Korea. Inspired by the success of Dahong, A. L. Louvre wanted to embrace his passion for design and founded KEV Worldwide Co. in May of 2011 located in the heart of Washington, DC. In 2015, A. L. Louvre led the brand in a new direction; newly branded "de'murk" (A mystery of yourself) headquarter in New York City. de'murk are inspired by some of life’s most guilty pleasures including fashion, travel, and the lifestyles of men and women alike. With this in mind the concept of de'murk lifestyle brand was born.
“In 2017, Augustine decided to end "de'murk", but continued to seek for a new journey combining his long time interests in travel, photography, and writing. Along the way, collaborating with Bottega Veneta, Louis Vuitton, and LVMH group, he left New York, wandered the world, got lost in his new vision and delivered it in “A. L. Louvre Journal.”
